The Greensburg Pirates started the football season against Shelbyville. Shelbyville took the lead early at the end of the First 13-0. The Pirates failed to score in the Second giving Shelbyville a bigger lead 26-0.
The Pirates came out strong in the Third quarter but Shelbyville was stronger ending the third 32-7. Greensburg was able to score with in the first seconds of the Fourth quarter but ultimately it was Shelbyville that played a better game. Final Score 39-14.
