#NoMoreTrashBags is an annual donation drive in Decatur County with the goal to provide children being removed from their home and placed in foster care with a new backpack filled with essentials and comfort items.
What’s in each bag? Everything from a day worth of new clothes, pajamas, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, deodorant and soap all the way to comfort items like small toys, puzzles, books, journals and children’s card games. Want to help? We need you to make this possible! We have have over 100 bags that need to be filled.
Drive ends July 31st! Donation drop boxes are located at Mancino’s and VIBE/Goin’ Postal in Greensburg.
Items Needed: Diapers, wipes, baby bottles, sippy cups, socks, underwear, onesies pajamas, journals, coloring books/activity books, crayons, card games, puzzles, very small stuffed toys, combs, brushes, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, basic school supplies, lotion, soap, hair ties.
