LEISING RECOGNIZED FOR VOTING RECORD, RECEIVES AWARD: The American Conservative Union Foundation (ACUF) has recognized State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) with the 2021 Conservative Achievement Award. According to the ACUF, Leising received this award for consistently voting with the ideals articulated in the U.S. Constitution – limited and transparent government, individual rights, personal responsibility and lasting cultural values.
