Greensburg-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce conducted the ribbon cutting as part of an open house event at the renovated City Hall. The Chamber is located there as are Economic Development Corporation, Mainstreet Greensburg, Housing Authority, and the Arts and Cultural Council.
