St. Mary’s School in Greensburg opened its’ Travis Trail today to their students. In the posted comment, WTRE’s Kathy Verseman talks with Principal Nancy Buening.
The Travis Trail is dedicated to Travis Wenning who was a St. Mary’s student until he unfortunately lost his battle to cancer in 2018. The Travis Trail is expected to grow along with the school and can be used for outside classroom learning for the students. The trail will be open to the public after school hours to allow the teachers to have use during the school day.
