The Cougars traveled north of the county for the Civil War game with the Chargers on Friday night. South started strong ending the first quarter up by one. The Second quarter was a back and forth that ended in 20-20. The Chargers was able to get out on top in the third after several tie scores 28-24. The Cougars made several attempts in the fourth, but after a few turn overs North Decatur was able to get the lead and keep it. Final score North Decatur 55 South Decatur 41.
South Decatur will play South Western on Saturday, January 13 at 7:30pm.
