LEISING TOURS HOOSIER GYM: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) poses recently with Robert Garner (right) and a representative from the Hoosier Gym in Knightstown. Last month, Leising presented Senate Concurrent Resolution 22 to the Indiana Senate, which recognized the 100th anniversary of the Hoosier Gym’s construction and the 35th anniversary of the film Hoosiers‘ release. The gym attracts an estimated 80,000 visitors annually.
