From the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department today-
On February 5, 2021, approximately 9:04 p.m., Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1200 block of Mulberry Street, Taylorsville, IN, in reference to a reported domestic disturbance.
Autumn Purtlebaugh, 19, Hope, IN, and Ean Purtlebaugh, 18, Hope, IN, came, uninvited, to the residence on Mulberry Street and a physical confrontation ensued.
Ean Purtlebaugh allegedly battered and strangled a male resident and Autumn Purtlebaugh allegedly spat on and battered a pregnant female injuring her during the confrontation.
Autumn Purtlebaugh was arrested and taken to the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges involving allegations of:
Burglary
Battery on a pregnant female resulting in injury
Battery in the presence of a minor
Battery by bodily waste
She remains in BCJ in lieu of $650,000 bond.
Ean Purtlebaugh was arrested on preliminary charges involving allegations of:
Strangulation
Domestic Battery
He has since been released.
All persons are considered innocent unless/until proven guilty in a court of law.
