7 provisional ballots could make a difference in a tie that occurred in a township advisory board race in Decatur County

WTRE news talks with Decatur County Clerk Adina Roberts last night after the vote was counted. The tie in the township advisory board republican nomination involves the third seat on the board of which there was a tie between Roger Dumond and Bethany Fellows. They each received 113 votes. The top vote getter was Ken Ewing with 201 votes and current board member Bradley Scheidler received 122 votes. There were 7 candidates in that race.
