The Decatur County Area Plan Commission met on Wednesday.
Bruce & Helen Tiebert requested to rezone approx. 2.99 acres out of 5.075 acres from an A-1 to an A-2 zoning classification for construction of a single family detached dwelling. This would be their home for their family to enjoy the outdoors. The property is owned by the petitioners in Westport, Sandcreek Township. Petition 2022-23 was approved.
The Rules of Procedure were approved.
