Robert Koors requested to rezone 2.99 acres out of 35.787 acres from an A-1 to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. The property was purchased 3 years ago and they are ready to build their forever home for their family. This would be on rural water. The property is owned by the petitioner in Greensburg, Salt Creek Township. Petition 2021-17 was approved.
Andrew Bennet requested to subdivide 2.99 acres out of 77.64 acres and rezone that 2.99 acres from an A-1 to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. Their son, Price Bennet, is planning to build a pole barn to store and repair equipment. They also plan to build a home on the property in the future. The property is owned by the petitioner in Westport, Sand Creek Township. Petition 2021-18 was approved.
Gary Lee requested to rezone 2.50 acres from an A-1 to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. They plan on building a home once priced settle and they would be on rural water. The property is owned by Lois Weber in Greensburg, Marion Township. Petition 2021-19 was approved.
