51-year old Wendy McKinney of Indianapolis – allegations of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
46-year old Jonathan Amspaugh of Union, OH – allegations of leaving the scene of a crash and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
46-year old Frank John of Detroit, MI – probable cause warrant.
