The Decatur County Council had the first ready of a proposed ordinance implement a food and beverage tax. Bryan Robbins with the Decatur County Parks Board presented the ordinance which stems from efforts involving the installation of an Aquatic Center to replace the Allen Memorial Swimming Pool which did not open this past summer.
