The North Decatur Middle School Archery Team has the opportunity to compete in the World competition in Daytona, Florida on June 6th-8th. This adventure is accredited to their continued hard work and focus this season and their recent qualifying score at the national competition in Louisville, Kentucky on May 9th.
Just a little about archery, archery is not a school funded sport or club, we are funded 100% by donations and sponsorships. Archery allows our children to learn sportsmanship, integrity, improve patience along with building friendships that will continue to grow throughout their educational career. Archery is all-inclusive allowing students that otherwise may not be able to take part in a team building activity to excel.
To help ALL 22 of our archers attend this event we have planned several events. Please come by and have lunch/dinner and have your car washed.
