Inmate in custody

Word was received this afternoon that 20-year old April Day of Greensburg had been taken into custody after an early morning escape. No details concerning her capture were released. Her initial arrest was at 12:30 this morning at Broadway and Fourth Streets on an allegation of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. It was during the 5 AM hour that she escaped at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Greensburg Schools had a two hour delay this morning as authorities sought to find her.
