The Greensburg Redevelopment Commission met on Thursday.
City Engineer Ron May presented 2 leases for property on Veterans Way. One is from HNI Farm Corporation and the other is an agricultural lease. These were approved. There was an update on the Veterans Way Phase 2 project. Everything with construction done and there are only small administrative tasks left. There was an update given on the Indiana Department of Health Preparation of a Community-Wide Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The Area Plan Commission reviewed and recommended it to city council who approved it to be adopted into the Comprehensive Plan. There was an update on the Veterans Way Residential project. There were no bids received so the next steps can now be properly taken.
The February claims totaling in $70,179.67 were approved. The March claims totaling in $24,089.23 were approved.
