A group of Decatur County residents and friends led by Robin Meyer, gathered in style at noon on Monday on the Moscow Road Overpass to wave their flags in respect and honor of Memorial Day. A tradition that began 3 years ago, continues to grow as more people join in the celebration. A gathering will take place on July 4th at noon and the public is invited to bring their flags and join in!
