The Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals met on Tuesday.
There was a public hearing for a Variance for front yard width of the property at 430 N Monfort St. There was no public comment.
Bobby Pierson requested variances for front yard width on properties located at 430 N. Monfort St. They are looking at purchasing the property to rebuild a home that had burnt and was demolished. Due to the age of the lot, it is smaller than the building requirements. This was approved.
