Greensburg Mayor Joshua Marsh announces he will seek another term

This is the campaign announcement –

Dear Neighbor,
Four years ago, on December 10, 2018, I laid out a vision for a campaign to be the next
mayor of our community. I was joined by business and religious leaders, local and state
legislators, family, and friends that supported the idea that Greensburg was ready to capture
our potential. We set out on a robust campaign that visited thousands of front porches,
shook just as many hands, and shared what the community would like to see.
Thanks to so many, we have spent the last three years working to fulfill that vision to the
best of our ability as a community. It is now time to ask for your support again! I have
enjoyed working for all of you over the last three years and ask that you allow me to
continue to serve our community. Today, I officially announce my reelection bid for
Mayor of Greensburg in the 2023 municipal election cycle.
Over the last three years, we have achieved many of the items discussed during my
thousands of phone calls and front porch visits in 2019. Since then, the world has changed
a lot, and we continue to feel the implications of that. With your help, over the next five
years we will expand upon what we have set out to do – make Greensburg an even better
place to call home. We have greatly expanded community involvement and made strides in
infrastructure, including long-term capital planning.
We have taken an aggressive approach to promoting our community’s benefits both to our
friends and neighbors, and to folks who don’t yet know of us. We are seeing growth, and it
is time to capture more of our potential.
I look forward to continuing our conversations, as we have been over the last four years,
and I am counting on your support in 2023. As always, my website is and
the Facebook page that is best for campaign updates is Mayor Joshua Marsh.
I wish all of you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a very Happy New Year. I know
2023 will be a great year for our community, and I look forward to continuing my service to
Joshua Marsh
