Decatur County Coroner Doug Banks told WTRE news that 71-year old Donald Lee Smith died in that Friday evening accident on State Road 3. Responding to the crash were Decatur County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police Reconstruction Officer, Westport and Letts Fire, Decatur County Emergency Medical Services and the Decatur County Coroner’s Office.
