The Greensburg Water Board met on Tuesday.
This month’s employee recognition was Bailey Laudick. Bailey had been an employee since January of 2019 as a customer representative and helps anybody and everybody within their office. She is very personable and does a great job. Her favorite part of her job is all of it and she loves the new area and finds it perfect, as she says she has a loud customer service voice and doesn’t disturb anybody since she has her own space now. The board thanked and applauded her, as well as everybody else who works in their office.
Darren Burkhart gave an HNTB update on the new Surface Water Treatment Plant. They are getting much closer to the end than the beginning of the project. They have completed all asphalt paving on the site and had a couple of crossings that they patched. They have started to put the fencing up for security and the actual fence should go up around the end of next week. There was seeding done and the painting is the area that has the most work left to do.
The MRO was approved.
