City Engineer Ron May presented the proposed set of contract documents for bidding for the Community Crossing Matching Grant. They received $130,000+ from the state. February 1 would be the open bid date. This was approved.
Street Commissioner Mark Klosterkemper requested to purchase a single axel dump truck, plow, and salt spreader. The truck would total about $85,000. This was approved. The salt spreader was approved.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent Jeff Smith presented payment application No. 2. This is for $331,098.65. This was approved.
Mayor Joshua Marsh presented the 2021 City Attorney Contract. This is the same contract as last year. This was approved. The claims were approved.
