Domestic Battery sentencing in Decatur Circuit Court

Decatur Circuit Court recently accepted a guilty plea and sentenced 25-year old Dalton Grossman for Domestic Battery, a level 3 felony. He was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections for 5 years with 2 years executed and 3 years suspended and served on supervised probation. He was ordered to pay court costs of $185, a probation administrative fee of $100, an initial probation fee of $100, amonthly probation fees of $30, domestic violence prevention fee of $50, and restitution in the amount of $1021.
