From Decatur County EMA Director Brad Speer
We will be leaving the Travel Advisory (Yellow) on through the evening and evaluate it Monday morning.
Light snow possibly mixing with freezing drizzle through the early overnight hours tonight.
Dry and cool weather then for Monday before a quick hitting system brings upwards of an inch of snow Tuesday.
The snow on Tuesday is not forecast to have much wind with it.
Expect sub-zero lows Tuesday night with wind chills as low as -15.
Temperatures will briefly warm late week along with the threat for another winter system.
Afterwards there is a potential for even colder temperatures going into early next week.
The weather will remain active for the rest of January and into February.
County Highway was out Sunday moving the snow back and removing as much slush as possible
