On Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at approximately 12:05 am, Decatur County Dispatch received a call requesting a welfare check at the residence located at 3301 S. County Road 60 SW, Greensburg.
Upon the arrival of deputies, a male was located deceased in the residence.
The male has been identified as Joshua Mark Taylor, 50 years of age. The address where Taylor was located was his residence.
Notification has been made to the family of Taylor.
This is an on-going investigation, and more information will be released as it becomes
available.
Assisting in the investigation is the Indiana State Police, the Greensburg Police Dept. and
the Decatur County Coroners Office.
Also assisting at the scene was the Decatur County EMS and Letts Fire/EMS .
