Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrates Reflection RPM, Greensburg’s Newest Automotive, Powersports, and Marine Service Business

Greensburg, IN – The Greensburg-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce proudly welcomed
Reflection RPM, a new full-service automotive, powersports, and marine repair business, with a
ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 3056 N. CR 850 E., Greensburg.

Reflection RPM — where R stands for Rides, P for Powersports, and M for Marine — is owned and
operated by John Crowe, who brings over 15 years of experience and a Ford Master Certification to
his new venture. Crowe’s mission is to deliver high-quality, trustworthy service backed by the skill,
dedication, and personal touch that comes from years of hands-on expertise.

The business offers a wide range of services to keep vehicles running smoothly across all three
categories, reflecting Crowe’s passion for performance, precision, and community connection.
The ribbon-cutting celebration was made even more special with the attendance of Kathy Lecher,
who shared her pride in seeing the location continue its long legacy of service in Decatur County.
Once home to Lecher Farm Service, the space now begins a new chapter as Reflection RPM —
refreshed, renewed, and ready to serve the next generation.

A strong sense of family and community filled the event. The Chamber extends its gratitude to
everyone who came out to support another great local business helping Greensburg and Decatur
County thrive.
