Male Arrested Following Investigation in Greensburg that included the United States Marshals

Press Release from the City of Greensburg: Greensburg, Ind. — On October 30, 2025 at approximately 2:54 P.M., the Greensburg Police Department Tactical Response Team assisted the United States Marshals and Decatur County Sheriff’s Department in the apprehension of a Wanted Person.    This investigation started at approximately 10:00 A.M on October 30. There were multiple locations investigated for the whereabouts of suspect Kevin J. Kilgore. Kilgore was a wanted person for numerous outstanding warrants. Additionally, Kilgore was observed in the community armed with a firearm and had made threats towards Law Enforcement. Law Enforcement located Kilgore at the residence of 819 W. Seventh Street in Greensburg, Indiana. Kilgore was apprehended at this address without incident.    The Greensburg Police Department would like to acknowledge the following agencies for their assistance in the matter:   – United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force – Decatur County Sheriff’s Department  – Decatur County Communications  – Decatur County EMS    Under Indiana Law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed to be innocent unless, and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
