Andrew Brunni Announces Candidacy for Decatur County Council, District 3

— Andrew David Brunni has announced his candidacy for Decatur County Council, District 3, representing Jackson, Marion, and Sandcreek Townships, in the upcoming Republican Primary.

Brunni currently lives in Jackson Township and has deep ties to the communities that make up District 3, including Westport, Millhousen, Letts, and surrounding areas.

“This part of Decatur County has always been home,” Brunni said. “With the support of my neighbors, I’m committed to continuing to serve the communities that make up District 3.”

Brunni currently serves on the Decatur County Board of Zoning Appeals, having been appointed by the Town of Westport. He previously co-owned Donut Central through 2025 and is a marketing manager for a local nonprofit healthcare organization.

A South Decatur High School graduate, Brunni earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
