To comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Decatur County requests that participants in this meeting complete a voluntary, anonymous survey that is available on the table in the back of the room.

 

 

* Approval of February 4, 2026 Minutes

 

* Decatur County Redevelopment Commission – Don Schilling – Review Addendum

 

* APC Petition 2026-3 –  John Beall – requesting to subdivide 2 tracts out of 94.09 acres.  Tract one being approx. 6 acres and rezone 2.99 from A1 to A2 zoning and Tract 2 being approx. 6.5 acres and rezone 2.99 from A1 to A-2.  This request falls under Decatur County Ordinance Section Number 915 & 920(7).  The property is owned by the petitioner and is located across from 7687 N CR 550 E, Rushville in Fugit Township. 

 

* APC Petition 2026-4 –  Daniel & Tenille Sweet – requesting to subdivide approx. 1.50 acres out of 16.0037 acres and rezone from an A-1 zoning classification to an A-2 zoning classification to build a single-family detached dwelling.  This request falls under Decatur County Ordinance Section Number 915 & 920(7).  The property is owned by the petitioners and is located across from 5835 W CR 240 W, Greensburg in Clay Township.
