On August 8, 2026, Decatur County Communications received information that a single motorcycle accident had occurred in the 3400 block of North County Road 700 W.
Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined that the driver of the motorcycle, Keith Brown of Greensburg, Indiana, was under the motorcycle, but was conscious. Emergency personnel were able to get the male out from under the motorcycle, and he was flown by air ambulance to an Indianapolis hospital and is currently recovering from his injuries.
