Greensburg captured its first conference win of the season defeating Rushville 4-1. Rushville is a solid, very young team and we were fortunate enough to pick up our first EIAC victory of the season. At #1 singles, Mason McNulty played a very smart, confident match winning 6-1, 6-0. At #2 singles, Will Weber found a way to capture a hard fought match 7-6(8-6), 6-3 and @ #3 singles, Brody Sanders followed suit winning 6-3, 6-3. In doubles play, Logan Fisse and Luke Schwering were defeated 4-6, 6-7(4-7) while Max Buening and Jaxson Phillips handled the #2 doubles spot winning 6-0, 6-4. In JV matches, Jonah Wheat lost in singles, 1-8, and Simeon Wheat with Rylan Kraushar were also defeated in doubles 3-8.
