Greensburg defeated an undefeated Southwestern Hanover team 4-1. Brody Sanders, #3 singles player, was first off the court winning 6-1 6-1, playing very well. He was in control the entire match. Shortly after that, #2 singles player Will Weber, won 6-2, 6-2. Both doubles team were also victorious playing solid matches tonight. At #1 doubles, Logan Fisse and Luke Schwering won 6-0, 7-5 and Max Buening, along with Jaxson Phillips won @ 2 doubles 6-4 6-3. At the #1 singles spot, Mason McNulty put up a good fight, but came up short losing to a very solid player, 3-6, 4-6. In JV action, Jonah Wheat was defeated 6-1 and Liam Shrader was defeated 6-1. In JV doubles, Rylan Kraushar and Simeon Wheat were victorious, winning 6-0.
This win makes up 8-2 on the season and we host Columbus East tomorrow night for senior night.
