The JH Lady Chargers volleyball team wrapped up their last regular season game Thursday night against the Greensburg Lady Pirates.
The 7th grade lost in two. 16-25 and 11-25. The Chargers were lead by Kelly Horstman from behind the serving line. Serving 11/11 with 1 Ace. Emmy Metz lead the Chargers in Digs from the back row.
The 8th Grade won in two sets. 25-17 and 25-11. Elizabeth Rennekamp served 16/16 with 7 Aces. Lennon Hancock served 14/14 with 3 Aces. Emma Henderson Served 7/7 with 1 Ace. Macy Comer added 2 Aces. As a team the Chargers served 48/49 from behind the line! Elizabeth had 3 Kills and Macy added 2.
The Chargers will take on South Decatur at home on Tuesday for the first round of the MHC tournament.
