The Greensburg Decatur County Public Library will be holding their annual Bats and Boo…ks Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 20th, @ 6pm. Kids, accompanied by adults, can dress up in their favorite costumes to enjoy games, crafts, and a “spooky” room and snacks!
