Jujitsu, Self Defense


A form of Martial Art that teaches self-defense, using principles of leverage, off balancing and redirection. Students also learn discipline and to become more confident in on self.

7-week course, registration required

Who: Ages 14 through adult (starts January 2nd)

Where: Downstairs Group exercise room

When: Monday & Thursday 7:15 – 8:45pm
