38 year old Jatinder Singh of Queens, New York was arrested on an accusation of Operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more
24 year old Christopher Stephens of Osgood, Indiana was arrested on an accusation of Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment
