The board heard from Darren Burkhart, who provided an update on the Broadway and 10th Street project. Darren stated that crews are currently locating utilities and making necessary adjustments to the plans. He expressed hope that a bid-ready plan will be available to present at the next meeting.
Zach Wirrig presented a request for new signatures for the INDOT Main Street Reconstruction Agreement, which was approved by the board.
Aaron Schwendenmann submitted his January MRO 2025 Operations Report and received approval to enter into the annual Holland Lease Agreement. While the terms of the lease remain unchanged, it required re-execution.
