At the 2024 Bread of Life Harvest Party held on November 8, 2024, it was announced by Melissa Foist, Executive Director that they have created a new fund at the Bread of Life. This fund is in honor of Merrill Smith.
Melissa stated that the first $1,000 from the Feeding the Flock Fundraiser will go directly to the Merrill Fund. Then another 2.5% of the net profit will go to the fund as well. Just from the 2024 harvest the fund received $1,634.64.
