The Decatur County Council held their monthly meeting. The meeting began with the approval of the January meeting minutes.
The council had no new business. They approved additionals, transfers, and encumbrances from 2024/2025 which included payroll from the last two weeks of 2024 and paid in 2025.
Sheriff Meyerrose provided the Council with a copy of the Decatur County Jail Inspection report from the inspection that was conducted on January 9, 2025. The report shows no concerns. The report is below:
