NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Auditor of Decatur County, Indiana, and the
Board of County Commissioners of Decatur County, Indiana, will receive bids for the 2030
general reassessment of real property by Professional Appraisers. Bids will be received until
12:00 P.M., November 14, 2025 at the Decatur County Auditor’s Office, Decatur County
Courthouse, 150 Courthouse Sq. Suite 133, Greensburg IN 47240. Bids will be opened
during a meeting of the Decatur County Commissioners at said place on November 17,
2025., 9:00 A.M. To qualify, the bidder must be a Professional Appraiser as that term is
defined in the Indiana Code 6-1.1-4-17 before submitting the bid. Specifications and
instructions to bidders are available at the Decatur County Assessor’s Office. The
Assessors and Decatur County Commissioners reserve the right to reject all bids and to
withhold awarding of the bid for a period of sixty (60) days. Further information can be
