The bash featured complimentary haircuts, sports physicals, vision and dental screenings, and essential back-to-school supplies. The Greensburg Fire Department provided a free lunch, while other attractions included free vaccines, bounce houses, discounted birth certificates, face painting, and door prizes. Children and families also enjoyed a “Touch-a-Truck” event, showcasing several trucks and pieces of equipment.
With 15 vendors participating, the event saw a tremendous turnout. Within the first hour, an estimated 200 individuals visited, and by the end of the day, attendance had surpassed 300.
