Event ‘Fore’ Caring Raises $18,656 for Local Healthcare Needs
Greensburg, IN – June, 17, 2025– The Hospital Foundation of Decatur County is proud to announce the success of its 2025 Event ‘Fore’ Caring, which raised an incredible $18,656 to support vital healthcare initiatives at Decatur County Memorial Hospital (DCMH). The annual fundraiser brought together generous donors, local businesses, and community members for a day of fun, fellowship, and heartfelt support for local health.
Held at the Greensburg Country Club, the event featured a golf outing, awards ceremony, and raffle prizes, all designed to raise awareness and funds for patient care improvements, equipment upgrades, and wellness initiatives at DCMH.
“This event is proof of what can happen when a caring community comes together,” said Mandy Jo Lohrum, Director of Development. “The funds raised will make a meaningful difference for our patients and staff—and we are incredibly grateful for the sponsors and participants who made it all possible.”
