This morning at 2:30 am, GFD responded to a call of a vehicle in a pond. Firefighters performed an ice rescue and the only occupant, the driver, was removed from the vehicle with minor injuries.
It’s imperative during extreme winter weather to stay off of the roads- road conditions are dangerous and will be through the rest of today.
