The Greensburg Water Board met on Tuesday.
Rick Denny presented the Strand Contract for updating design standards. This will be for multiple departments including transportation, water, wastewater, and storm water. The contract for the water department will be $20,500. This was approved.
There was a request to put fencing around Flatrock River. This year they have had tremendous trouble at the river, such as shooting ranges, tires, and trash. They would like to get this fenced in to disrupt any further trouble. There were two quotes received. The board approved for galvanized fence to be purchased from Capital City Fence to not exceed $30,000.
The MRO was approved.
