Department Superintendent Mark Mohr plans to retire at the end of the 2022 calendar year. Mohr has been an employee of Decatur County since 1995 and is retiring after 27 years of service.
Todd Houk has been named as the successor for the Highway Superintendent. Houk is currently being trained to fill the position at the beginning of 2023 and has been an employee of the county for 3 years.
