45-year old Andrew Witkemper had his initial hearing Wednesday afternoon in Decatur Circuit Court. The court set bond at $25,000. A jury trial was set for February 16th.
Witkemper faces charges which include allegations of:
Attempted child solicitation, Attempted possession of child pornography, Child seduction, Dissemination of matter harmful to a minor. and Official misconduct
He was taken into custody on Tuesday.
