From Decatur County EMA Director Brad Speer
This will be the final report for the weather event that started 12/22/22.
County Highway was out the entire weekend and the roads are improving quickly. There are some roads that require additional work and the temperature should assist drying the roads out.
Weather for the next few days shows much higher temps and rain with storms will be around for the New Years weekend and after.
We did have up to 8 people in the warming room at the hospital this weekend.
