LEISING HONORED BY INDIANA STANDARDBRED ASSOCIATION: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) was recently honored by the Indiana Standardbred Association for supporting the horse racing industry. She is currently sponsoring House Bill 1490, which would make it easier to provide equine dentistry at horse racing tracks.
