Bonita Hellmich from the Extension Office joined us Thursday morning to talk about this year’s open class projects for the fair. She highlighted some updates to the categories, all of which can be found in the Open Class Book available at the Decatur County Extension Office. There’s already excitement building—especially for the quick bread baking contest!
