Superintendent Hunter elected as Vice President of IAPSS

Greensburg Community School Corporation Superintendent Tom Hunter has been elected as Vice President of the Indiana Association of Public School superintendents (IAPSS) for the 2025-26 school year.
The prestigious appointment recognizes Hunter’s exceptional leadership and dedication to the advancement of public education in Indiana.
He began his teaching career at Greensburg in 1981 and held numerous positions before
being appointed Superintendent in 1999. Hunter has been a member of IAPSS since 2000 and also serves on the board of several local organizations.
IAPSS is a nonprofit professional organization serving over 400 members, including
superintendents and other school administrators, professors of education, students studying
educational administration, and retired superintendents.
